Acupuncture Coverage & Responsibility：

You are responsible for all charges not covered by your insurance. Be aware that your insurer may or may not cover your initial consultation, follow-up, or additional examinations.

Acupuncture Payment & Claims：

Any balance not paid by your insurance company must be paid directly to Seattle Acupuncture Wellness. We do not engage in disputes or appeals with insurers regarding denied or unpaid claims.

Before your first visit Acupuncture checklist：

Wear loose clothing that allows access to your lower legs and lower arms. Pants should allow access up to the knee. We provide a warm towel for your to cover if no comfortable clothes.

Please eat something light prior to your treatment. Never arrive on an empty stomach. Don’t eat too heavily just prior to or just after treatment.

Allow up to 90 minutes for the first appointment so that we have time to properly assess your health care needs.

Medical history is important. If you have diagnostic tests and reports from other practitioners that pertain to your current health concern, please bring copies so that we can provide the best care possible.
